1. Agreement to terms

2. Eligibility & accounts

3. The service
CommStack provides software to import, match, and reconcile insurance commission statements against your book of business, and to track and manage related disputes. Features may evolve over time. We offer a free trial as described at sign-up; continued use may require a paid subscription.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any carrier, payer, or regulatory agreement.
- Upload data you do not have the right to use, or that infringes the rights of others.
- Attempt to access another customer’s data, probe or breach security, or disrupt the service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or create derivative works from the platform except as permitted by law.
- Resell, sublicense, or provide the service to third parties without our written consent.
5. Your data & responsibilities
You retain ownership of the data you upload(carrier statements, books of business, policy and commission records — “Customer Data”). You grant CommStack a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service for you. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the rights to upload it. You agree not to upload protected health information (PHI/ePHI) unless we have separately agreed in writing.
6. Intellectual property
The CommStack platform — including all software, source code, designs, user interfaces, logos, the “CommStack” name and brand, documentation, and all related intellectual property — is and remains the exclusive property of [Legal Entity Name] and its licensors. It is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
- We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the service for your internal business purposes during your subscription, subject to these Terms.

Carrier names and marks referenced in the product belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. Fees, billing & cancellation
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis as described at checkout. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
- You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. CommStack assists with identifying potential commission discrepancies but does not guarantee the recovery of any amount, the accuracy of carrier data, or any particular financial outcome. You are responsible for verifying results before acting on them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommStack and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the amounts you paid to CommStack in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CommStack from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your license to use the service ends; we will make Customer Data available for export for a reasonable period, after which it may be deleted per our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing law & disputes
